Starting out as just a California dream, CRISPY BIKINIS established in the Spring of 2009 by mother-daughter team, Sue and Cristina Swink from Canyon Lake, California, whose personal style embodies everything about the Golden State's lifestyle. CRISPY BIKINIS is a fashion forward, lifestyle driven web based business specializing in laid-back and luxurious swimwear with classic undertones. At CRISPY BIKINIS when it comes to customer service and quality in designs and materials-it has to be the best it can possibly be. Designing with our clients, family and friends in mind, it is more than just two-pieces of fabric. CRISPY BIKINIS are handmade in California, making each CRISPY BIKINIS piece one-of-a-kind, beautifully fitted, in an array of flattering styles, colors, high quality materials, pretty prints and functional construction. Comfort nurtures confidence - wearing swimwear should be effortless (or at least look like it). Each CRISPY BIKINIS piece goes under numerous fittings before it is available for purchase and every detail matters at CRISPY BIKINIS. CRISPY BIKINIS come in all forms - from the never underestimated “Little Black Bikini” on the beach -to- eye catching cut outs poolside and served with a crisp glass of champagne.

WHY CRISPY BIKINIS?

Bikinis are meant to see the world, not to be shoved in a dresser drawer half of the year or just to be worn in the privacy of your own backyard. It’s hard to understand how some people couldn't care less about whether a bikini fits properly or if it’s beautiful or not. The Ladies of CRISPYBIKINIS feel that every woman should wear swimwear that is unique and bring out the best and most beautiful parts of a woman, while still making her look and feel confident. This is why we started CRISPY BIKINIS.

Think about how much women (and men) just can’t get enough of babes in bikinis. How much we consume our minds with motivation to look good and be healthy when swim season approaches. Or how many memories we have as children of summers spent building castles in the sand and splashing around the beach. It is not just about bikinis. It is a way of life!

Growing up in a small suburbia on a lake in Southern California, where Cristina Swink answers her front door wearing a bikini and is known for wearing her own itsy bitsy bikinis at lakes, poolside and beaches across the nation. Donning the nickname “CRISPY” for styling herself in crisp whites and showcasing her FUN quintessential California girl style, true love of music, culture and fashion. Dressing the part certainly got Company Co-Founder and Designer in Chief in the right mind set to realize her bikini dreams. Being incredibly comfortable in a swimsuit, her “thing” has always been bikinis. So with a great group of girlfriends and her mom Sue Swink’s support, creativity and 20+ years experience in the fashion industry they dived into swimwear head first.

Before they knew it, they were doing product development with Monster Energy, clocking in long hours, designing swimwear trends, shipping product all over the country, networking (online and off), setting up CRISPY BIKINIS Pop-Up Stores across the U.S.A., coordinating photo shoots and styling models for magazine covers and editorial spreads. Their dedication to building the CRISPY BIKINIS brand has been insanely demanding and in Summer months it is normal for the Ladies of CRISPY BIKINIS to work weeks straight with little or no sleep, but following their passion for bikini fashion and fabulous CRISPY BIKINIS customers keep them moving forward!

The “CRISPY BIKINIS Lifestyle” is all about being happy, healthy, positive, working hard and playing hard! So why are you not living in CRISPY BIKINIS? Swimwear trends may come and go but CRISPY BIKINIS allow you to look sexy, be comfortable, experience life and smile!

Sue’s greatest accomplishments are her two kids, Cristina(22) and Cooper(18). Her bliss is when their goals and experiences bring them personal fulfillment. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Sue was raised by hardworking, social, liberal parents. She is 1 of 9 children encouraged to love the Arts & different cultures at a young age. Professionally, Sue was a Nordstrom Buyer for 13+ years and recently a Corporate Manager for Thomasville. Today, Sue serves COO and President of CRISPY BIKINIS.

Born and raised in Southern California, Cristina grew up with a love and understanding of fashion, music and art. Her dreams of combining them and creating a business came to fruition when she turned 18. At 22, Cristina serves as CEO, Creative Director, Designer and model for the company. She also creates and manages the websites and Social Network accounts. Focused on her dreams, vision and discipline she has accomplished much thus far and sees a very bright, successful future!
