1. I'M IN CALIFORNIA. CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
We work out of our home studio and do not have a location for pick up orders at this time.
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All Crispy Bikinis pieces are individually handmade and made-to-order. Due to high volume orders please allow 7-21 business days until your order has shipped. After you complete your order, you will receive a SCHEDULED SHIP DATE email with estimated ship date. Any "ROCKIN' BIKINIS" or items on SPECIAL or SALE do hold a 4-week lead time. If you need your order Shipped prior to your Expected Ship Date we can prioritize your order for an additional $12 fee. Choose the Priority Shipment option or eMail order@crispybikinis.com
3. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns. All sales are non-refundable. We are happy to exchange your items, if you follow our strict Exchange instructions. Please visit our Customer Service page for full details.
4. I PURCHASED CRISPY BIKINIS USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE ON SPECIAL/SALE. CAN I STILL EXCHANGE?

5. WHEN WILL YOU HAVE A SALE?
Since we are a handmade, made-to-order company we do not offer very many sales. However you can follow Crispy Bikinis on Facebook and Twitter for exclusive offers. Also, be sure to sign up for our eNewsletter at the bottom of this page.
6. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER WILL IT SHIP TODAY?
Each Crispy Bikinis piece is individually handmade and made-to-order. We will process and ship your order within 7-21business day (unless stated otherwise).
7. I PLACED MY ORDER A FEW DAYS AGO AND MY ORDER AS YET TO SHIP. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Please check your email (you may have to check all inbox folders including Junk Mail) as we may have attempted to contact you. If your order still has not shipped after 21 business days please contact us at order@crispybikinis.com
8. I AM IN BETWEEN SIZES ON YOUR SIZE CHART, SHOULD I GO BIGGER OR SMALLER?
Depending on suit style, we suggest going smaller because they usually tend to fit better. But also keep in mind that it depends on how you like your bathing suits to fit. 9. I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT CRISPY BIKINIS. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
We apologize if you are have been unsuccessful contacting us. Our Customer Service is on duty Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm PST. Customer Service is working hard to return your inquiry as soon as possible. We highly recommend contacting us via email order@crispybikinis.com where it is easier and faster for us to address your problem or question.
10. I NEED MY ORDER SHIPPED BEFORE YOUR 7-21 BUSINESS DAY LEAD TIME. WHAT DO I DO?
If you need your suit to be shipped as soon as possible we do offer a Priority Production Program. It is an additional $12.00 fee and upon request only. Please email order@crispybikinis.com to set up your Priority Order or choose the Prioritize Order shipping option at check out.
11. DO YOU HAVE LARGER IMAGES OF YOUR SWATCHES?
Yes we do, please eMail order@crispybikinis.com with the colors or prints that you are interested in and we would be happy to eMail you larger images of the swatches.
12. I AM A MODEL. HOW DO I BECOME A CRISPY BIKINIS GIRL?
